Return Policies and Terms
General Return Information:
- We will replace any broken, damaged, or defective item.
No returns accepted unless item is broken, damaged, or defective.
We will exchange broken, damaged, or defective items for that same
item in proper working order. No refunds will be issued.
- We must be
notified of any problems that you may find with your item with-in 3
days of you receiving it. Problems reported after the 3 day period
will be part of the products' manufacturer warranty.
- Every product
has a different manufacturer warranty. If you do find a problem
with a product after the 3 day return period please contact us
and will we help you get your problem resolved with the manufacturer.
- Buyer will pay all return shipping charges.
- Items cannot be returned without original packaging. If you do not have original packaging, please contact us and we will review your case and see how we can help.
please note that not having the original packaging may delay the return processes.
- All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. must be included with the item you are returning.
- Defective items must be sent back to us (at buyers expense) before we can issue a replacement.
- All returns must be accompanied by the "Return Authorization Form". Before returning any item you must call and speak to a representative
who will issue a "Return Authorization Number" and go over the details of your return. The Return Authorization Form and Number must be
included with your return.
