Live Arrival Guarantee
Animals are guaranteed live arrival. If there is any problem, all claims must be called within 72 hours of delivery. If an animal arrives dead, the animal must be sent back at buyers expense. Credit will be issued after inspection. We are not responsible for damage or delays in shipping We urge all our buyers to take out insurance on there package before shipping.

Our Return Policy
We will accept any non living product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call to arrange a return. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us. Credit will be given for all returns.
